It is great pleasure to recommend Nilgul Nazlimoglu for a nanny position. Nilgul has served as a part-time Nanny for my 19-month-old daughter. I have had to employ several nannies before I settled for Nilgul as I have found her to be extremely dependabe. I must say I am blessed to have her. Nilgul is an extremely patient and very friendly individual. She has been a good friend to my daughter and my daughter really enjoys spending time with Nilgul. I can get my work done, knowing that daughter is very well looked after and cared for. Nilgul takes my daughter out to the park, does craft time with her, sings songs together and reads books to help with my daughters learning and to develop her "talking" further. My daughter also feels more comfortable around other people now as well, as she has learned to trust Nilgul and not be so wary of other people. My daughter is a "lock down baby" so, being with Nilgul, has really helped to bring her out of her shell a bit and be more social, independent and the confidence to play with other family and friends. I would recommend her strongly for a similar position, as I am confident that Nilgul will do wonders for any child under her care.

Nilgul worked with my family for two years from September 2017 up to and including October 2019, three days a week, in the position of mother's help. Nilgul's role included assisting me, a stay at home mum, with my three boys currently aged 7 (twins) and an 11 year old. All of my children have learning difficulties (ADHD, Autism, dyspraxia and sensory processing difficulties), and Nilgul was able to assist in getting them ready for school in the morning as well as assisting me to ensure they arrived safely at school and were picked up. In the late afternoon/early evening. Nilgul would also assist me with household tasks including cooking and feeding the children and getting them rady for bedtime. On occasion Nilgul would also babysit, on a sole charge basis, which allowed my husband and myself to go out either for school meetings or very occasionally leisure/respite time, as well as druing school holidays, assist me taing the children out on day trips, to the cinema and to the park. I have found Nilgul to be totally honest and trustworthy. She is reliable and never had any concerns she would not keep my children safe at all times. I wish Nilgul all the very best.
